BROADBAND ADSL HOME PRICING

With all plans you can elect to either pay an excess download fee, or have the download speed limited to 64k for the remainder of the month once the download limit is reached. With this option you will never incur excess charges, and always know what you are paying.

Step 4: Excess Downloads - (in effect untill anniversary day)

A.) Shaped (64k) - The speed is reduced to 64 Kbps once plan-included data limit is reached.

B.) Per Mb Excess - Excess data at 10c/Mb once plan-included data limit is reached.

Additional Charges:

  • Change of line speed (ie 256k/64k to 512k/128k): $44.00
  • Change plan type - same line speed (eg  from usage-based to flat rate or flat rate to usage-based): $22.00
  • Cancellation of service within first 6 months: $88.00
  • Change of line (eg. moving house): $129.00
    NB: Cancellation fee applies if moving line within first 6 months.
  • Fixed IP Address (optional): $4 monthly
  • Telstra call-out fee (where customer contacts Telstra directly or Telstra is contacted by the customer and later found not to be the cause of a problem): $110.00

All NetCentral Broadband Home connections include the following features:

  • Free backup 56k modem connection if issues exist on the ADSL network
  • Free telephone and email support (for setup and troubleshooting)
  • 1 POP email address and 5Mb free personal webspace
  • Dynamic IP address - fixed IP address available for an extra $4 monthly.
  • 6 month contract on connection. Service will continue on a month to month basis after first 6 months, unless otherwise advised.
